when placing an order, you agree to and understand the following...

1. the pictures you view on this web site are full-frame images, just as the photographer saw them through the camera.

2. when you order a picture, it will be cropped to fit the size print you order. each print size has different proportions, requiring different crops. for example, a 4x6 print is mostly full-frame, while a 5x7 or 8x10 print each results in some cropping of the original image.

3. we'll do our best to make your prints look their best. because of the nature of sports action photography some issues are out of our control, such as focus and depth of field. we will do our best to minimize these problems -- we only present the best images on our site. we will color-correct each print ordered; however, focus, shadow detail and depth of field are some of the aspects of your print that can vary.
